• Bookings:
  • We require 48 hours advance cancellation notice for individual arrivals. For Groups, we kindly request you consult your contract or contact our reservation at +9821 8882 5616. Guaranteed reservations will be held all night. If proper notice is not received, you will be charged for one night's lodging and all remaining days will be released unless the sign contract indicates otherwise.
  • All bookings must be paid in full by a valid credit card/bank transfer at the time of booking.
  • Upon Check-In, photo ID is definitely required.
     
• Check-In and Check-Out Times:
  • Check-In from 13:00
  • Check-Out prior to 14:00
  • Early arrivals may be requested however are not guaranteed. The hotel has limited luggage storage facilities available. Should you require an early check-in please contact cancelation at +9821 8882 5617 directly (no fee will apply for early Check-In). For a late check-out, please contact reception on the day of departure (fees will apply for check-outs after 02:00 PM).
  • Max occupancy is 4 people in some of our double bedroom(36 m²).
     
• Cancellations and/or Non Arrival:
  • There is no cancellation fee, if reservation is cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to 1800 on the preceding day of arrival and a refund will be organized. No-show or late cancellation made after this time, will result in full prepayment being forfeited.
     
• Children Policy:
  • 12 years and under – Children.
  • 12 and above – Adult.
  • Babies – free of charge.
  • Additional bedding – from $25.00 per night.
     
• Non Smoking Floor:
  • In Canary Hotel, we have Non-Smoking floors, and we ask that you refrain from smoking in Non-Smoking rooms. Evidence of smoking in such rooms will incur a cleaning fee on your account.
  • Canary Hotel does not cover vehicles parked on the street, and things owned by our esteemed guests left in or on the vehicles.
     
• Pets:
  • We apologize that pets are not permitted at Canary Hotel, with the exception of service animals for guests with special needs.
     
• Safe deposit boxes:
  • are available in each room.
     
• Quoted rates:
  • Include 15% service but exclude 3% taxes.
     
• All rooms are based on availability.
   
• Certain restrictions could apply.
   
• Guests under age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents/guardians.
   
• We accept Iranian Credit Cards.
